Jermaine slammed Drake for using AI verse from Snoop Dogg and the late rapper Tupac Shakur, on his “Taylor Made Fresstyle,” a diss aimed at Kendrick Lamar.
“If you use AI, you gotta use it in a smart way, because the people that are touching it at this point, they don’t understand some of the things that it can damage ” said Dupri at Atlanta’s United Masters’ SelectCon conference.
Dupri said Drake and other people may not have understood why using Pac’s voice was so serious but that Snoop didn’t respond because he understood how real things could get.
Dupri added that Drake using the verse without adding a disclaimer was “ignorant,” because there are people out there who are really living that life. Tupac’s beef with Biggie Smalls cost him his life.
Drake has this week, removed all of his Kendrick Lamar disses from his social media. Fans believe he has accepted that he lost the battle with K.DOT.
