Jennifer Lopez has reportedly become the sole owner of the Beverly Hills mansion she once shared with Ben Affleck.
According to TMZ, the former couple quietly updated their divorce agreement to transfer Affleck’s share of the property to Lopez. According to the outlet, the actor did not receive any money in exchange for giving up his portion of the estate.
The home, purchased in 2023 for just over $60 million, became one of the biggest symbols of Affleck and Lopez’s rekindled romance. The massive property features 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and luxury amenities, including a basketball court.
The pair bought the estate less than a year after their 2022 wedding. But by the summer of 2024, signs of trouble had emerged when the mansion was listed for sale.
Lopez filed for divorce that August, and the split was finalized in early 2025.
Since then, Affleck has settled into a new home in Pacific Palisades, where he lives closer to the children he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner. Lopez is now reportedly the only owner attached to the Beverly Hills property.
