Jelly Roll Not Facing Charges After Allegations Surface

Jelly Roll is facing allegations from comedian Nicole Arbour, who claims the country star made a threatening remark about her earlier this year.

According to a March 1 incident report, Arbour told deputies she has experienced “ongoing issues” involving the singer and people connected to him. In the report, she alleged that during a conversation about a charity event, Jelly Roll referenced seeing her with a camera and said he “would kill her.” Authorities reviewed footage provided by Arbour, and the report notes deputies said they heard the alleged comment.

Despite the claim, the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department confirmed that no charges have been filed and that there is no active investigation.

Arbour has continued to speak publicly about the situation on social media in recent months and in past posts has questioned whether an apology had been issued and referenced what she described as attempts to resolve matters privately.

“Feels strange that a lawyer who says they rep you is allegedly trying to get a weird joint statement from us that we’re cool when you haven’t apologized yet,” she wrote in December.

She later shared additional claims online, including what she described as a proposed confidentiality agreement.

Jelly Roll has not publicly addressed Arbour’s accusations.
