Jeezy and Jeannie Mai are officially divorced months after the rapper first filed for divorce.
The details of their divorce agreement have been kept private including child support and custody arrangements, spousal support and property splits.
Jeezy has previously refused to pay Jeannie Mai alimony or child support. Jeannie, who claimed she was “blindsided” by the divorce filing last summer, and wanted very much to keep her “family together” but just week later, she claimed that she was a “battered wife.”
Jeannie Mai also made claims that the rapper broke the terms of their prenuptual agreement by cheating on her.
“In the event that either party engages in sexual relations, an emotional relationship or is emotionally or sexually suggestive in communication with a third party via all forms of electronic communication, including but not limited to, texting, sexting, Facetiming, social media and/or Direct Messages, shall result in a significant financial penalty upon the adulterous party as specified in said Prenuptial Agreement.”
