Jax Taylor is promising to produce “receipts” after Brittany Cartwright accused him of missing a visit with their son while spending time with the couple’s former publicist.
Jax responded Wednesday after Brittany discussed their divorce and custody dispute on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.
“I have NEVER missed my scheduled parenting time with Cruz,” Jax, 47, wrote on Instagram.
Brittany, 37, told Andy that Jax had been in Canada with Lori Krebs, who previously represented the former couple and is now dating Jax.
Jax said he had returned to Los Angeles by Tuesday and was scheduled to see Cruz, 5, the following day. He accused Brittany of preventing the visit because she was angry about their personal issues.
“That’s why we have an emergency court hearing tomorrow,” he wrote. “The truth will come out about everything when I finally have the opportunity to speak.”

Brittany filed for divorce in August 2024. She later called Jax and Lori’s relationship a betrayal, saying Lori had been “like a sister” to her for a decade.
According to Brittany, Lori contacted her two hours before photos of the new couple’s Mexico vacation became public.
“She knows I will feel betrayed,” Brittany recalled Lori writing.
A source close to Lori challenged Brittany’s account of their friendship, saying the two women had grown apart and rarely communicated outside of work before the romance began.
