Vanderpump Rules alum Jax Taylor is facing a rocky road both on and off-screen. The 45-year-old reality star has been battling a cocaine addiction and navigating a painful split from wife Brittany Cartwright, 36…all while cameras roll for Bravo’s The Valley.
Despite checking into rehab, Jax’s behavior remained erratic. In a shocking moment caught on camera, he admitted to spying on Brittany from within the treatment facility using internal cameras and recording devices.
Fans quickly voiced outrage, calling for his removal from the show. But a source tells The U.S. Sun that Bravo isn’t ready to part ways with the controversial star just yet.
“He thought warning people about his bad behavior would soften the blow,” the insider said. “But it’s hurt his podcast and other ventures more than he expected.”
While producers are weighing options for the show’s future, the source added, “It wouldn’t be the same without Jax. Firing him isn’t off the table—but it’s not happening yet.”
