Soul singer Janelle Monte is going viral again – for doing the most. This time, Media Take Out confirmed, the gorgeous singer/actress posed in a series of scantily clad outfits for Ebony Magazine.
While most of Janelle’s fans seem happy to see her beautiful shape in the latest photos, there’s a growing sense in the entertainment world that Janelle has recently been looking more like an O**yfans model, than a singer/actress.
We’re not sure where her career is going these days … but we’re just happy to see the pictures.

Janelle is a singer, rapper and actress. She[a] has received eight Grammy Award nominations, and has won an MTV Video Music Award and the ASCAP Vanguard Award in 2010. Monáe was also honored with the Billboard Women in Music Rising Star Award in 2015 and the Trailblazer of the Year Award in 2018. Boston City Council named October 16, 2013 “Janelle Monáe Day” in recognition of her artistry and activism. She is signed to Atlantic Records, as well as to her own imprint, the Wondaland Arts Society.
Monáe has also ventured into acting, first gaining attention for starring in the 2016 films Moonlight and Hidden Figures. For portraying engineer Mary Jackson in the latter, she was nominated for the Critics’ Choice Movie Award for Best Supporting Actress. She has since starred in the films Harriet (2019) and Glass Onion (2022), and the television series Homecoming (2020). In 2023 the Critics’ Choice Movie Awards honored Monáe with the #SeeHer Award for her “characters played authentically, escaping stereotypes and pushing boundaries, and those who stand up for gender equality”.
