Oscar winning actor Jamie Foxx is the latest celebrity to be hit with a s** assault lawsuit. Media Take Out learned that today, a woman who refused to disclose her identity – is suing Jamie for millions of dollars.
The woman claim that she met Jamie at a public restaurant, and the actor pulled her away and assaulted her.
In the lawsuit, Media Take Out learned that Jamie was allegedly dining at Catch NYC & Roof, when the Jane Doe arrived to be seated in the rooftop lounge and bar.
Around 1 AM, the plaintiff’s friend asked Jamie if he’d take a photo with her and the plaintiff. She claims Jamie said, “Sure, baby anything for you” … and seemed intoxicated at the time. She claims he took more photos and commented, “Wow, you have that supermodel body,” “You smell so good” and told her she looks like Gabrielle Union.
Jane Doe claims Jamie then pulled her by the arm to the back area of the rooftop, where he allegedly placed both hands on her waist, moved them under her top and started rubbing her breasts, and stuck his fingers into her front and rear private areas.
The woman claim that she sought medical attention after the incident, but didn’t explain why she never filed criminal charges or sued Jamie until now.
New York State issued a law making it possible for people to claim that they were a victim of s**ual assault any time, by anyone. Since passing the law thousands of lawsuits have been filed – many by Jane Doe’s asking for millions of dollars from famous men.
