Jadakiss was asked to weigh in on the beef between Jim Jones and Pusha T…and he doesn’t like it.
The beef started when Capo claimed Pusha was not a top 50 lyricist. Pusha fired back on a track, alluding to Jim Jones being washed.
“I don’t like. I don’t like the battle,” Jadakiss said. “I’m not really vying for what’s going on with that. If it was supposed to happen, that’s cool. But I don’t like… It’s cool but it ain’t cool for me. I don’t like the matchup.”
He continued, “It’s always dope when it’s no added information. If it stays like that, if it’s no lines crossed outside of rap, I’ll love it. Just keep it raps.”
On his track, Pusha rapped: “Beware of my name, that there’s delegate/ You know I know where you’re delicate/ Crush you to pieces, I’ll hum a breath of it/ I will close your heaven for the hell of it/ You think it’d be valor amongst veterans/I’m watching your fame escape relevance/ We all in a room but here’s the elephant/ You chasing a feature out of your element/ And those lab diamonds under inspection/ The question marks block blessings/It’s no tombstones in the desert/ I know by now you get the message.”
