Last week, popular Jacksonville rapper Julio Foolio was sh*t and k*lled while partying in Tampa Florida. Media Take Out reported that police don’t have any suspects in the case.
Well now they have one – rival rapper Youngeen Ace.
Yesterday Youngeen released a new Julio Foolio diss track, where he all but accepted that he and his homies were responsible for the k*lling.
Under Florida RICO law, if police can prove that a member of a gang committed a crime – then EVERY member of that gang can be prosecuted for the crime. We guess no one told Youngeen Ace about the RICO laws.
