YSL Woody recently compared J. Prince to Young Thug in an interview with detectives…and J. Prince thinks Woody is fake.
The recording executive shared a video of Woody taking the stand in the YSL RICO case.
“Now Mr. Copeland, in this June 10 interview, you made a reference that Thug was trying to be like the J Prince of Atlanta,” the prosecution asked Woddy. “Do you recall hearing that?”
Woody responded, “I guess,” before the prosecution asked who J Prince is. “I don’t know. I told you for the 10th time, I’m gonna tell the police anything, and that’s what I did.”
“Nothing surprises me anymore when it comes to fake-ass people putting my name in their mouth,” J. Prince wrote alongside the clip. “But I still find it very interesting how some prosecutors will go above and beyond the call of duty to try and destroy a man’s life for being inspired by a successful Black entrepreneur like myself. Btw, Black-on-Black racism feels the worst.”

Woody is a witness for the prosecution but has repeatedly stated that he lied to the police about Young Thug’s involvement in any crimes to get the heat off himself.
