Ivana Trump’s Death Ruled ‘Accidental’

Ivana Trump, the ex-wife of former President Donald Trump’s death has been ruled “accidental.”

According to the medical examiner, she died of “blunt impact injuries” to the torso.

A spokesperson for the NYPD told Fox News that police were called out to her home after responding to a call of a “cardiac arrest.” They found her unconscious. She was at the bottom of the staircase.

“I am very saddened to inform all of those that loved her, of which there are many, that Ivana Trump has passed away at her home in New York City. She was a wonderful, beautiful, and amazing woman, who led a great and inspirational life. Her pride and joy were her three children, Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric. She was so proud of them, as we were all so proud of her. Rest In Peace, Ivana!,” Trump said in a Truth Social post.

Ivana and Donald were married in 1977. They had three children together, which include Donald Jr., Ivanka and Eric.
