Iman Shumpert and Tristan Thompson played on the Cleveland Cavaliers when Tristan Thompson’s cheating scandal broke in 2018.
Shumpert was on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen where he was asked about how the team reacted to the drama.
“It wasn’t a big disruption for us,” he told Cohen. “Honestly, when the outside world and stuff bubbles up, the best thing for us is that we’ve got games so we can focus on that. We get tunnel vision.”
“We just all felt for Khloe. She’s cool, man,” Iman continued. “And I don’t know what they got going on. I’m sure they speak, they’re grown. But man, it was sad. I remember feeling like that.”
Tristan tried to win Khloe back and almost did until he blew it again by getting Maralee Nichols pregnant. He denied it first but Tristan might have impregnated her the night Khloe threw him a birthday party. She has not taken him back this time.
