Ice-T hopped on social media to warn rappers about sitting down for interviews following several rappers catching RICO charges and some even ending up deceased.
“Artist Public Service: Doing Interviews can be risky if you Don’t know what you’re doing… They will talk to you for hours hoping you say one thing they can TWIST and hype up for clicks.. Unfortunately most podcast have now DEVOLVED to this BS. Just sayin,” he tweeted.
Recently, Boosie Badazz and T.I. got into beef following Boosie’s interview with DJ Vlad. Houston rapper BTB Savage was reportedly shot and killed on March 31, hours after seemingly taunting a man on social media and during a Vlad interview.
In court, prosecutors have been using rapper’s lyrics and media interviews against them to hit them with as many charges in possible. So far, Young Thug, Casanova, Kay Flock, Fetty Wap, YFN Lucci and Tsu Surf are currently facing RICO charges.
