Ice Spice is responding to her former friend, rapper Cleotrapa after she was aired out on social media for treating her poorly on tour.
Cleotrapa claims Ice Spice used her to help rebuild her tarnished image after another former friend, Baby Storme, leaked text messages where the “Deli” rapper trashed Nicki Minaj and other individuals, including making derogatory remarks about dark skin.
Cleotrapa also claimed that while on tour, she was forced to use bathrooms as her dressing room, pay for her own hotel rooms and that on one occasion, the team denied her a chicken salad when she was hungry because it was not in the budget.
On Spaces, Ice Spice responded but says Cleotrapa did not tell the full story.
“Crashing out is sad you guys. The scary part of fame honestly is the moment that somebody feels like they can no longer use your platform or like they’re not getting exactly what they want out of a situation the way that they want it,” she told her followers. “That’s when they decide to crash out every single time. I’m noticing a pattern.”
Ice Spice says she was genuinely trying to help her friend. She denied her friend was used to help fix her image but instead, says Cleotrapa was invited because she had a spare tour bus.
“You got less than 10,000 listeners and I’m sharing my stage with you. And you feeling so entitled,” she said.
She also failed to have any sympathy for the team refusing to feed Cleotrapa.
“But that’s what the f-ck I get for trying to be a good person We was having fun. So for you to try to sit here and complain about a chicken salad? You never came to me talking about a chicken salad, what are you really talking about right now.”
Ice Spice did not appear to take any accountability for any of Cleotrapa’s complaints.
