Rapper Hurricane Chris is putting 50 Cent on blast after the rapper announced the headliners and performers for his Humor & Harmony Festival in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Haha Davis Jeremih, Muni Long, Katt Williams all performed at the festival, as well as several other non-Louisiana natives.
Chris accused 50 Cent of taking advantage of his hometown.
“You threw a motherf-cking concert in Louisiana and didn’t book no Louisiana legends and put no bankroll in any Louisiana legends’ pockets but you paid the police half a million dollars. What type of bitch-ass shit is that?” he says in the clip.
“N-gga, you ain’t f-ckin’ with my city; you taking advantage of my city ’cause sh-t cheap and sh-t costs way less than where you from. And y’all stupid, slow muthaf-ckas so crazy that y’all gon’ let this n-gga come down here and not show no love to Louisiana.”
Earlier this year, 50 Cent entered into an agreement with the City of Shreveport to lease the city-owned production studio at 300 Douglas Street for 30 years at a yearly rate of $2,400 with the option to extend for 15 years. According to the city’s mayor, the agreement will save the city nearly $180,000 annually.
Hurricane Chris says 50 should have invested his money into the community.
