Rumors swirled about Honey Boo Boo’s possible engagement to her 20-year-old boyfriend Dralin Carswell were engaged after she was seen wearing a diamond ring.
Well, a source says that the 16-year-old is not engaged.
A rep told Page Six that Honey Boo Boo is not engaged and that the diamond is “just a ring.”
They have been dating for 6 months. At first, folks thought Dralin was too old to be dating her. Honey Boo Boo will soon be turning 17.
Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, Dralin attended a Nashville technical school but now lives in Georgia near Alana and her sister Lauryn’ Pumpkin’ Shannon, 21, a source told The UK’s Sun.
In September, a Honey Boo Boo insider claimed that the reality tv child star’s only friend is her boyfriend. “Because I feel like folks are so much like, oh my God, I’m friends with Honey Boo Boo. I don’t trust nobody really, so I don’t have friends.”
