Yesterday, Media Take Out reported that 1990s rapper Buckshot Shorty was brutally beaten in Flatbush Brooklyn. Now we have details on WHY and an update on Buckshot’s medical condition.
Buckshot recently purchased a two-family home in Brooklyn, which he intended to renovate – and use the rental income to support his family.
Unfortunately for Buckshot, after he closed on the property – the tenants who lived in the home refused to leave. Media Take Out learned that Buckshot tried to talk with the tenants, and explain that he is the new landlord of the property, and that they would have to leave while he renovated the property.
We’re told that the conversation didn’t;’t go well. An argument ensued, and a group of men possibly affiliated with the tenant attacked the Brooklyn rapper.
According to people close to Buckshot, the men pulled out firearms, and pistol whipped the 5 foot 4 inch rapper. New York Police is investigating the incident.
We’re also told that Buckshot waent to the hospital after the assault, and was treated for serious injuries, including a concussion. He’s currently at home recovering.
We reached out to Buckshot shorty, but have not received an official response.
