Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis To Fight Jake Paul in Netflix November Exhibition

Lyndon Abioye |

Jake Paul will be facing off against Gervonta “Tank” Davis in an exhibition match this November.

The event, which will stream live on Netflix, will take place at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta on November 14.

Exhibition fights are more focused on the audience and entertainment, so the outcome will not have any bearing on the men’s professional rankings.

Paul shared the news with his fans on X, formerly Twitter.

“Gervonta has been disrespecting my name for too long. His nickname might be Tank, but I’m an FPV drone and I’m about to disable this tiny boy,” Paul wrote. “Yes, he’s one of the top pound-for-pound boxers in the world, but my motto is anyone, anytime, anyplace, against all odds. And I like my odds. First, I am going to kill David, then I will go on to slaughter Goliath.”

Paul has only lost one fight in his career, and Davis is undefeated.

Paul recently threatened to sue anyone who claimed that his matches were staged after facing heavy criticism for his fight last year against retired champion Mike Tyson.

“If anyone says my fights are staged you will be sued and secondly you’re a jealous ass peasant who cannot even believe how good I am at this sport and you should go to church to fix your insecurities,” he tweeted. “I pray for you because I have so much love [for] humanity and that includes the people who are against me – genuinely I pray for you and I want the world to be in a better place. You people are filled with a disease and I’m here to help you cure it.”
