Country singer Garth Brooks revealed that he and wife Trisha Yearwood are considering moving out of the country to Ireland following a lawsuit claiming that he sexually assaulted his former hair and makeup artist.

“Actually, [Trisha] is pushing hard for the house in Ireland,” Garth said on an episode of Inside Studio G. “I think this last time [in Ireland,] she just fell head over heels in love with the country. You know, we went over there and played two weekends, so we went on that stint across the country. Everyone was so sweet to her.”

Jane Roe says she was employed as a hair and makeup artist and that in May 2019 she flew Brooks to Los Angeles to tape a Grammy tribute performance to Sam Moore.

When they arrived at the hotel, Roe was “shocked” when she was told she did not have her own room and that she had to share with Brooks. Roe alleges Brooks repeatedly exposed his genitals and buttocks, talking about sex and sharing sexual fantasies with Roe. He would change his clothing in front of her and even send her graphic text messages.

The singer denied all allegations and claimed he is looking forward to facing his accuser in court. He filed a motion in court to reveal Roe’s true identity.
