The rumored beef between Future and Gunna continues as the Atlanta rapper announced his upcoming mixtape will be released on the same day as Gunna’s album.
Future first tweeted, “F-ck yo album Sh-t ain’t slappin like my MIXTAPE,” he wrote on X before adding “MIXTAPE PLUTO” in a second tweet.
The rapper then tweeted, “MAY TENTH…” and fans quickly realized the date is the same date Gunna’s ‘One of Wun’ is scheduled to drop.
Gunna saw Future’s tweets and hopped online to respond.
“Turn this sh-t bac up Notch……!” he wrote, before adding: “Fuc What These boys talkin bout.”
Future and Gunna’s simmering beef is reportedly connected to Young Thug’s incarceration. Gunna accepted an Alford Plea to evade doing prison time. He was one of dozens of YSL members arrested and hit with RICO charges.
Fans are divided as to who they think will get more streaming numbers the first week of their projects’ releases.
