Porsha Williams may have fumbled the biggest bag in reality tv history.
As Media Take Out reported, we’re told that the producers at Bravo were offering Porsha a HUGE payday to return to the show. In fact it would have been the biggest pay days in Housewives history – for any franchise, $5 million.
But according to our source, Porsha and her team wanted even MORE money from the billion dollar TV network. And now that $5 million deal is no longer on the table.
The insider initially told Media Take Out, “[Bravo] really missed Porsha this season, so they are paying her to come back. [Porsha] initially said no, but when she heard the crazy number they’re offering her she changed her mind.”
But the two sides couldn’t come together on deal terms, the insider told Media Take Out.
Yesterday she told us, “They’ve moved on from Porsha, she’s not getting that bag. I’m not sure what happened, but Bravo is not offering her that money anymore.”
But don’t feel sorry for Porsha, she has another TV show in the works, Media Take Out has learned.
We confirmed that Porsha’s turned to acting, and she will star on the upcoming season of Tyler Perry’s BET hit series Sistas. Here she is announcing the show, which will also feature a Bravo housewife Candiace Dillard-Bassett.
Porsha Williams joined “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” in 2012. At the time, she was the perfect housewife who was married to retired NFL star, Kordell Stewart.
Porsha starred on the television series The Real Housewives of Atlanta from 2012 until 2021, when she departed to star in her spin-off series, Porsha’s Family Matters, currently in its first season. She also served as co-host of Dish Nation from 2013 until 2021.
She later became co-host of Bravo’s Chat Room in 2020 alongside fellow Real Housewife Gizelle Bryant. In 2021, Williams published her memoir, The Pursuit of Porsha.
