Former “Fresh & Fit” host Myron Gaines told men not to live with their girlfriends, arguing that sharing a home with a woman would make them “gay” and less driven.

“I’m telling you guys this for years. Do not live with your woman,” Myron said during a livestream clip. He followed the warning by saying, “Living with your woman is going to make you a fcking fg.”

Myron says that people then suggested to him that cohabitation could mean more sex and nights spent watching movies together, but Gaines rejected the idea. “No, no, no, no,” he replied.

Myron then connected his advice to ambition. “Women don’t have to be hard workers to get laid,” he said. “Women don’t have to be hard workers to get sexual access and/or reproduce. You do, though.”

His comments grew more severe when he addressed men in relationships without sex. Myron told viewers to end those partnerships immediately, including marriages and engagements.

“Get rid of her,” he said. “I don’t give a [expletive] what society says.”

He later claimed that cooking and sex were a woman’s “duty,” declaring, “A woman’s job is to … make you food and give you sex.” Women who did not meet his expectations, he said, should be sent “to the streets.” Myron said his stance came from a “zero tolerance policy,” which he connected to his belief that “guys never say no.”

The podcast host went viral months back after it was revealed that he had never had a girlfriend before his then-girlfriend, Angelica Camacho. Allegedly, she cheated on him before moving on to a man better suited to her. He is currently single.
