Freddie Gibbs and Benny The Butcher’s beef is continuing, this time, Gibbs threw shade at Benny’s new trailer for his three-part documentary dropping alongside Long Live Shay.
“So imagine growing up to be what you really always wanted to be. Not your second option, your first option. You just wanted to be. That’s what’s crazy about this sh-t,” Benny says in the clip.
He continued: “Anybody who made it past local in Buffalo, [DJ Shay] had a hand in their career. He taught us so much sh-t and he brought so much to the table, and he gave us an outlet from the streets.”
Gibbs saw the clip and tweeted, “Everything don’t need to be a documentary.”
Benny and Gibbs have been beefing for months. Things took a turn weeks back when Gibbs was jumped and had his chain snatched by Benny’s goons. Last month, Benny posted several social media posts where he wore Gibbs’ stolen chain. He also posted a NSFW video of Gibbs’ pornstar girlfriend.
