Former Vanderpump Rules star Rachel “Raquel” Leviss has spoken out after Lisa Vanderpump called her revenge p-rn lawsuit against Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix “ridiculous.”
Raquel accuses them of revenge porn, eavesdropping, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
“‘Scandoval’ captured the public’s attention in a massive way, went completely viral, and injected new life into Vanderpump Rules,” the lawsuit, which was filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court.
@breakingtherules_pod Holding those accountable for the video is the piece of control she has and I dont blane her one bit. Rachel does admit in this clip the video was sent to herself, this alone is disseminating the video. Raquel and Tom’s affair broke the internet last year. She ended up walking away from the show and breaking off her relationship with the bar owner. The affair was exposed after Ariana found a video on Tom’s phone of her and it was pretty graphic.
“You may have heard in the news that I have filed a lawsuit and it’s an ongoing lawsuit so I can’t talk about it much at this point but I am interested in having my attorneys on as a topic of conversation,” Raquel began on Rachel Goes Rogue.
Raquel then addressed LVP directly.
“If you don’t want to have somebody share your porn, then don’t send it to your best friend’s boyfriend. Right?’ No, Lisa, actually, that’s not it at all. I was like, ‘Oh, she didn’t read the brief.’ But then insiders told me, ‘Oh no, she knows exactly what she’s doing. She’s saying this statement for the press to pick up this certain story.’ I’ve even gotten a few comments being like, ‘Oh well, you shouldn’t have sent that video to your best friend’s boyfriend.’ So I think it does seem to work for the propaganda on her part.”
