Former Motown CEO Ethiopia Habtemariam Denies Reports She Is Testifying Against Diddy

Former Motown CEO Ethiopia Habtemariam, who was named in Lil Rod’s lawsuit against Diddy, has denied reports that she will be testifying against him.

After the raids on Diddy’s homes and being named in the lawsuits, it was reported that she would be saving herself by fully cooperating with the feds.

Now AllHipHop has received a statement from Ethiopia, refuting the claims.

“I am informed and believe that Mr. Blackburn has falsely represented to various social media sites and other media outlets that I agreed to ‘testify against’ Mr. Combs,” she said in her statement. “This is completely untrue. I have no personal knowledge of any alleged wrongdoing by Mr. Combs, and there is nothing I could testify to that would be against his interest… In short, there is no basis for any of the claims asserted against me, and I should never have been named a defendant in this lawsuit.”

She accused Lil Rod’s attorney, Tyrone Blackburn of knowingly spreading a false narrative.

“My counsel provided a revised declaration that addressed the topics that Mr. Blackburn addressed and corrected his false narrative,” she added. “I am aware that Mr. Blackburn found my truthful version to be unsatisfactory to him and he presented yet another version that again presented a false narrative.”

In the lawsuit, Lil Rod alleged Ethiopia trafficked sex workers, distributed drugs, and participated in RICO Enterprise activities with other members of Diddy’s team.
