Former Bad Boy artist E/Ness has stepped forward to defend Diddy who faced several sexual harassment and r-pe lawsuits since November 2023.
“It’s a smear campaign,” he said on the Directed by CEO Nafees podcast. “That’s what’s happening with Puff. It’s a smear campaign. And what they usually do is they go to your personal habits. They start attacking your personal habits, your girlfriends, your exes. Then they try to find something to attack you through those vessels.”
Diddy was recently sued by producer Lil Rod who made several claims similar to Cassie’s. Diddy attorney’s released a statement denying the allegations and have not settled with Lil Rod, who in his lawsuit, included pictures and screenshots of videos secretly recorded while in Diddy’s home.
Lil Rod is seeking $30 million in the federal lawsuit.
Diddy’s son Justin Dior Combs, Universal Music Group Chief Executive Lucian Charles Grainge, former Motown Records Chief Executive Ethiopia Habtemariam, Chalice Recording Studios, the record labels and Diddy’s chief of staff Kristina “KK” Khorram, Love Records and Combs Enterprises are named as defendants.
