Last month Medi Take Out reported that Forest Whitaker’s ex-wife Keisha died, and now we have the details surrounding her death, and it’s VERY sad.
Embed from Getty ImagesTMZ released Keisha Nash Whitaker’s death certificate, and it showed that’s he died from alcoholic liver disease.
The death certificate, which was issued by L.A. County says Keisha suffered from the disease for years before it ultimately killed her.
Embed from Getty ImagesAnd there’s more. The certificate also suggested that the beautiful former Mrs Whitaker died of anorexia, as a contributing factor. The certificate also says acute renal failure, which is a common a symptom of anorexia, was significant factor contributing to her death.
Keisha was married to Forest for more than 20 years before he filed for divorce in 2018 … and they had 3 daughters together.
