Floyd Mayweather disputes that there is any beef between him and NBA YoungBoy and even says they speak every day.
“The ultimate goal is to always put your loved ones, your family members, in a position to grow and that’s what it’s about,” he said. “Me and NBA YoungBoy speak on a regular, speak on the daily. I’m very happy for his career, proud of him. And eventually, he’s gonna grow like anybody that’s young. When I was young, I visualized and seen things a certain way. But as you get older, you look at things totally different.”
The boxer says he gives the rapper advice on things, such as where to invest his money.
NBA YoungBoy and Yaya Mayweather started dating toward the end of 2018. Yaya announced her pregnancy in 2020, giving birth to a son. Their coparenting has been rocky, and at one point, YoungBoy begged woman to give Yaya a beatdown.
