Floyd Mayweather and Lil Uzi Vert has been sued by a man who says he was assaulted by members of Mayweather’s TMT crew and Uzi on July 27, 2023.
The man, whose name is Abdullah Ali began recording a trailer owned by Mayweather which was parked near a New York City hotel. As he got closer, Mayweather’s crew exited the vehicle and asked him to stop recording.
The confrontation turned physical and he says he was punched and kicked for a minute and so savagely that his front teeth were knocked out.
Ali says he did report the attack to the police and has had to have several trips to the hospital since the beatdown.
A rep for Uzi issued a statement about the lawsuit.
“Lil Uzi Vert doesn’t know Floyd Mayweather or have any form of affiliation with Mayweather’s Money Team, and was not at the site of the alleged incident,” the rep said.
