Fivio Foreign responded to fans who called him out after he posted a video showing somebody injecting heroin.
“Philly bloccs,” he captioned the since deleted video. “Show got canceled we went to the hood to checc Skrilla.”
In the video, a man is seen having hard drugs, later identified by the crowd as “dog food,” a street term for heroin.

Fivio’s fans think the video was a step too far and that he should not have recorded such a shocking moment. Fivio says it’s just the reality of the streets.
“We watch this sh-t everyday on Documentaries.. Don’t get mad at me I ain’t glorying that sh-t,” he wrote on X. “[M]aybe this ah open yah eyes to why we rap try to get up out this sh-t.. Or juss get up off yo ass and help clean I’m really 1 of people who help.”

Fans disagreed, and in the comments section, called him out for being “stupid” and blasted him for flashing his expensive timepiece for the camera.
