Katharina Mazepa, the fianceé of former Real Housewives of Miami star Lenny Hochstein, has announced the end of their engagement.
The pair got engaged not long after Lenny filed for divorce from his longtime wife and mother of his children, Lisa Hochstein, before breaking up just a few months later.
The couple reconciled, but it seems things have come to an end yet again.
“After a meaningful chapter together, I’ve made the decision to respectfully end our engagement and return the ring,” Katarina told Page Six, noting that she “wasn’t asked to do so” but “insisted” because she “felt it was the right thing to do.”
The news comes on the same day as RHOM’s season 7 premiere. Since Lenny and Lisa are no longer together, he does not receive any airtime. His ex, Lisa, has moved on happily.
Katarina also told the outlet that she had “a quiet realization that sometimes love transforms, and letting go with grace is the most dignified path forward.”
The Real Housewives of Miami airs on Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo and streams the following day on Peacock.
