Fetty Wap has been arrested for allegedly threatening to kill someone while arguing with them on Facetime.
The rapper was indicted on a drug trafficking conspiracy charge in October and was ordered that he “must not possess a firearm, destructive device, or other weapon,” and that he “must not violate any federal, state or local law.”
Prosecutors say he violated those conditions in December while on a FaceTime call, where he was seen holding a gun and threatening to kill an unidentified man.
“In the call the defendant possessed a gun, threatened to kill him, and called an individual a ‘rat,’ despite the fact that this was a direct violation of both state law and the conditions of his release,” FBI Special Agent Derek Wonderland said in a court affidavit.
“The defendant then says to John Doe’ Imma kill you and everybody you with,'” the court document reads. Fetty allegedly pointed the gun at the man over the phone.
