Fat Joe slammed DJ Akademiks for his recent interview with Lil Durk, where he seemingly tried to re-ignite Durk’s beef with Tekashi 6ix9ine and rapper, Gunna.
Akademiks pressed Durk about all of his beefs, including with NBA YoungBoy.
Addressing Ak, Joe said: “He made him answer what he thought about Gunna,” Joe began. “That’s the oldest trick in the book in Hip Hop journalism. Now, Durk jumps out and says, ‘No, I’m not.’ Now these two people don’t like each other for the rest of their life. But this is the type of entrapment, East-Coast West Coast beef, VIBE magazine, The Source magazine sh-t they been doing. Here, we stay in the light. We want to hear positive things about everybody. We stay in the light. “
When asked about Gunna, Durk said: Gunna “should’ve went in there and kept your mouth closed. If you a rat, I f-cking hate you. ‘Cause I love Thug.”
Viewers on social media also accused Ak of being messy.
