Kim Kardashian is fighting to get C-Murder released from prison but the family of his alleged victim slammed her in a recent interview.

“It was a slap in the face to the family,” he said. “It’s a high-profile case, so you jumped on a case without reading all of the facts,” George Thomas, the victim’s brother said on on BOSS TALK 101.

He added: “Had you done the research, you would say: ‘Hey, I’m not getting in this case.’ And then my family can’t properly mourn because every year — whether it’s BET, whether it’s something on YouTube, where there’s something else coming forward — it’s like it’s always he’s innocent, he was railroaded.”

On January 12, 2002 C Murder allegedly beat and fatally shot a 16-year-old fan named Steve Thomas, at the Platinum Club in Louisiana. The fan reportedly asked C Murder for his autograph, and the rapper beat the fan nearly to death, then shot him.

The rapper has been imprisoned for 21 years for murder and has claimed his innocence the entire time.
