Tamar Braxton is out here living her best life. Media Take Out confirmed that the gorgeous singer recently began taking the weight loss drug Ozempic.
And not only did she lose 20 pounds … but she lost her White boyfriend too.
Let us explain. According to a person close to Tamar, who spoke with Media Take Out on the condition of anonymity, Tamar’s weight loss may have indirectly impacted her relationship.
As you’ll recall, Tamar and her boyfriend JR reunited last year after they initially broke off their engagement. Here’s the couple in January – looking as happy as ever.
According to Tamar’s friend, the reunion was short lived. The friend explained, “JR was jealous that Tamar was on the road all the time. Not jealous of another man, jealous of the time that Tamar dedicated to her career and her fans.”
The friend continued, “And it wasn’t just all the time on the road either. I think Tamar’s weight loss gave her new confidence, and JR wasn’t comfortable with it.”
We’re sorry to hear that Tamar and JR didn’t;t work out. But we’re sure that her DMs are about to be filled with eligible men of all races.
