The rapper collapsed after taking a single pill, which he was told was a “Percocet,” and it killed him.

We spoke with one of the rapper’s close friends and she explained exactly what happened. “[Rich Home Quan] was not some drug addict live they are portraying on social media. He may have done some stuff in the past, but he was off all that,” the friend explained.

“He drank alcohol and smoked a little weed, but he was not on any hard drugs,” the friend continued.

But two nights ago, the rapper reportedly took a single pill – which was supplied to him – that Quan believed to be a “perc.” Media Take Out is not at liberty to reveal where he allegedly received that pill.

The friend continued, “It was just one pill, and it took his life. He was just experimenting.”

“There are all these people taking tons of pills and other stuff and nothing happens. Quan takes one pill and it ends his life,” the distraught friend told Media Take Out.

Rich Homie Quan’s family is looking for answers – and they are hoping that they’ll come quickly. Media Take Out spoke with the Fulton County medical examiners office and they told us that an autopsy is scheduled for today, Friday, Sept. 6.

Let this be a cautionary tale for anyone thinking about taking drugs. In 2024, fentanyl is everywhere – and a single pill can take you out!!
