Congratulations are in order. Media Take Out EXCLUSIVELY confirmed that R&B singer Kehlani is officially married.
She and Beyonce’s Parkwood Entertainment art director Mariel Gomez tied the knot last month, on 4/20 in Houston, Texas.
According to our insider, Kehlani and Mariel – who look like she could be Kehlani’s sister have known each other for some time. Media take Out’s insider told us that the two ladies romance began “naturally” and progressed quickly.
Mariel, who is an extremely talented art director is responsible for much of the artwork from Beyonce’s recent Cowboy Carter rollout.
Congratulations to the two beautiful ladies. Kehlani has a new album set to release this summer and, with the help of her wife, the visuals already look amazing.

Kehlani is an American singer and songwriter. Kehlani is originally from Oakland, California, and achieved initial fame as a member of the teen pop group Poplyfe in 2011.
Her debut mixtape, Cloud 19 (2014), was listed as one of Complex’s “50 Best Albums of 2014.”[7][8] Its follow-up, You Should Be Here (2015) entered the Billboard 200, received gold certification by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), and was nominated for Best Urban Contemporary Album at the 58th Annual Grammy Awards. Kehlani signed with Atlantic Records to release her debut studio album, SweetSexySavage (2017), which peaked at number three on the Billboard 200, while her second, It Was Good Until It Wasn’t (2020) peaked at number two.
Her third album, Blue Water Road (2022) peaked at number 13 on the chart and was met with critical acclaim.
