EXCLUSIVE: Popular NY Sports Star Extorted By Man … Over Graphic Gay & Gun Video!

A popular New York based athlete is on the midst of an explosive lawsuit. Media Take Out learned that the athlete was the victim of an alleged extortion attempt, from an Atlanta gay man – who dressed as a transgender.

According to federal prosecutors, the New York athlete, who is not named, was engaged in an on-and off relationship with Atlanta realtor Marvavier Rian Hurts. The two men reportedly had s** in a hotel where Marvavier secretly recorded him federal prosecutors alleged.

Days later, Marvavier allegedly began extorting the athlete – he was charged with three counts of interstate communications with intent to extort.

Federal prosecutors claim that Marvavier, a Georgia real estate agent sent text messages asking for $250,000.

The athlete worked with the FBI to set up a sting operation, per the complaint.

Between June and July, after real estate agent Marvavier Rian Hurts and the athlete, whose identity is protected, had romantic liaisons in a hotel where Hurts recorded him without permission, federal prosecutors alleged.

For months, Marvavier pressured the athlete to send him $250,000 in order to protect information about his gay history and block the release of the tape, promising to sign a nondisclosure agreement in return — until the athlete worked with the FBI to devise a plan to track Hurts down, per the complaint.

According to the federal documents, the athlete is from West Harrison, NY – just a few miles from where the NY Knicks practice facility is located.

On July 27, Marvavier was arrested in Georgia, per court records, and was indicted on the charges by a federal grand jury on August 2.

Here’s a sample of the text messages exchanged by the two men – which suggest that he athlete has engaged in similar gay activity in the past. The text messages also suggest that the athlete allegedly pulled a gun during one of the encounters.
