Media Take Out learned that last week a woman filed an EXPLOSIVE lawsuit against Irv Gotti – claiming that he s**ually assaulted her in an elevator and in an Uber.
The woman claims that she met Irv back in 2020, when the two both attended a celebrity poker tournament. The two exchanged numbers, and eventually the woman agreed to go on vacation with Irv – to the beautiful Caribbean island of St Martin.
But the woman claims that once on the secluded island, Irv changed up on her. The woman claims that Irv told her that unless she complied with is s**ual advances – he would send her home.
The woman alleges that Irv used his “power and influence in the music world” to get her to comply with his wishes.
The woman claims that the two remained in contact, and on two separate occasions, Irv allegedly s**ually assaulted her. The first instance that she described was inside an elevator – where she alleged that Irv “forced her to perform or** s**” during the elevator ride.
The second instance, the woman claims occurred in an Uber – where she says that Irv forced himself on her also.
Media Take Out reached out to representatives for Irv, but have not received any response at the time of publication.
