Media Take Out spoke with a person VERY close to Sean “Diddy” Combs who tells us that Diddy’s legal team is expecting a possible federal indictment as early as this week.
As we reported, federal prosecutors have impanelled a federal grad jury in New York who have been investigating possible crimes by the former billionaire.
And the person close to Diddy says that they expect a possible indictment as early as THIS WEEK.
The insider explained, “Diddy is currently on vacation in Italy, but his lawyers are doing everything to try and clear his name.”
“The [federal prosecutors] are not sharing very much information, but whatever they told [Diddy’s lawyers] has them thinking that Diddy could be indicted this week,” the insider added.
And the possible charges could hold a life sentence for Diddy – if prosecutors go hard against the Bad Boy legend.
“If they put together everything, the RUCO, trafficking charges, gun charges, [Diddy[ could face life imprisonment,” the insider added.
Here’s the timeline that we’re told to expect.
“If they indict Diddy, the prosecutors won’t make any announcement. They keep it quiet, and then they’ll send the FBI over to go get Diddy. Given how they pulled up last time, they’ll probably send over the SWAT team,” the insider informed Media Take Out.
We’re told that Diddy and those close to him are praying that the grand jury doesn’t indict – but they are preparing for the worst.
