R&B singer August Alsina is considering writing his own tell all book, where he explains exactly what happened in his relationship with Will Smith’s wife Jada Pinkett Smith, Media Take Out is hearing.
We spoke with a person close to August, who told us that the R&B singer is upset with the way he’s portrayed by Jada in the book. In the book, Jada made the relationship between herself and the R&B singer out to be a quick fling, with minimal emotions involved.
But we’re told that August sees the relationship as much … much more. The insider told Media Take Out, “Jada and August were in a relationship for years. It wasn’t brief. They were in love with each other and had a deep emotional bond.”
But Jada minimized their chemistry, describing the relationship as “fizzling out” over time. But August sees things much differently.
The friend added, “Nothing fizzled out, Jada broke it off and August was devastated.”
The friend explained to Media Take Out that August has not yet officially decided whether to pen his own tell all book, but that he’s been approached by multiple book publishers and he’s exploring his options.
