Eva Marcille’s homeowners association is coming after her over more than $22,000 in alleged unpaid fines, but the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum’s attorney says she won’t be pushed out of her $1.8 million mansion.
The association filed a lawsuit accusing Marcille of repeatedly violating neighborhood rules at her five-bedroom, five-bathroom Atlanta property, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
Complaints include overgrown weeds, an unmowed lawn, improperly parked or inoperable vehicles, registration issues, and trash cans allegedly left in public view. The HOA claims Marcille was given multiple opportunities to correct the problems but failed to comply.
Her attorney, Michael T. Sterling, isn’t backing down.
“Eva Marcille Sterling is NOT going to lose her home over weeds in her lawn or a vehicle parked outside her residence. Period,” he told the breaking news outlet.

Sterling accused the association of using fines and legal threats to pressure homeowners over minor maintenance disputes.
“They picked the wrong homeowner to push around, and they picked the wrong attorney to stand in her way,” he declared.
The HOA is asking a judge to order Marcille to address the alleged violations and pay the outstanding assessments and penalties. Sterling added that he plans to challenge the association’s actions using every available legal remedy.
“Eva will not be bullied, intimidated, or threatened out of her home,” he said.
