RHOBH star Erika Jayne reportedly confronted Kathy Hilton about using an alleged slur against a gay DJ because Erika supports the LGBTQ+ community.
“Erika cares deeply for the LGBTQIA+ community. They have been by her side since the very beginning of her career, even before ‘Housewives,'” a source told Page Six.
“She had no other choice but to say something and take a stand. She wanted to make a statement: No one on her cast is going to attack the LGBTQIA+ community and go unchecked.”
Kathy denied making the remarks. Some viewers believe Kathy did make the comments but says Erika’s story proves she is the leak to the press.
During the reunion, Erika said, “I see Kathy coming from the dance floor, very upset. I say, ‘Kathy, what’s wrong?’ She says, ‘The DJ’s an old f-cking f-g,’ and walked off.” Erika claims she was the only one who heard Kathy say it.
Kathy is also a longtime supporter of the gay community.
