Despite her apology for calling Spice a “monkey,” Erica Mena has been dropped from Allblk network’s original drama, “Hush.”

“We do not condone Erica Mena’s reprehensible comment. She will be featured in the upcoming season of Hush, set to premiere later this year, as production was completed months ago. But in the event of additional seasons, she will not be part of the cast,” the network’s statement read.

Mena had appeared in all eight episodes of the first season of the show.

Erica was also fired from Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta days after the controversial episode aired.

“Working hand-in-hand with our partners, viewers will see the impact of Erica Mena’s remarks play out over the final three episodes of the season. Effective immediately, she will not appear in the next season of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta,” the network said in a statement.

Some say Erica’s firing came too late and that the episode should not have ever aired.
