Elon Musk says he wanted to punch his pal Kanye West after the rapper’s anti-semitic posts last week.
“At some point you have to say what is incitement to violence because it is against the law in the U.S.,” Musk said. “Posting swastikas in what obviously is not a good way is an incitement to violence.”
He added, “I personally wanted to punch Kanye, so that was definitely inciting me to violence. That’s not cool.”
Hate speech has reportedly increased majorly since Musk took over the platform.
Ye trended online most of last week for his interview on InfoWars. Ye declared his like for Adolf Hitler more than once and even has Alex Jones, who is banned from Twitter, post from his account.
Jones tweeted, “I love the first amendment! Long live Ye! I pray to Jesus that Elon is for real.”
Ye is still suspended even though he claimed his suspension was only for 12 hours.
