Ebro Darden has seemingly reignited his beef with Philly rapper Lil Uzi Vert by taking aim at the rapper’s rockstar status.
“I love Uzi Vert. I feel like he still hasn’t become the rockstar he said he would become, though. I’m still waiting. Maybe I took it literal, but the rockstars that I know, they were selling out MetLife Stadium. They could sell out Madison Square Garden eight, 10 times. They got hits on the radio, everywhere. Songs is everywhere,” said Ebro.

Ebro recalled the time Uzi’s fans were upset about the way he treated the rapper during an interview bacn in 2016. At the time, Uzi told him he was going to become a rockstar.
Uzi and Ebro argued over Uzi’s refusal to rap over an “old beat.” Ebro told Uzi that at 27 or 28, rapper’s like him struggle and he would be a rockstar by then.
“Where you at, my guy? Where you at, bro? Didn’t he just retire, too? Wasn’t he just like, ‘Yo, I’m tired, I’m done.’ Come on, son. You supposed to be a rockstar. What happened?” Ebro added this week.
