Dwight Howard Files for Divorce Just Days After Wife’s Explosive Claims!

Dwight Howard has filed for divorce from his wife, Amy Luciani, just over a year after the couple tied the knot.

According to reports, the former NBA star submitted divorce paperwork earlier this week, citing that the marriage is “irretrievably broken.”

Howard listed the pair’s wedding date as January 11, 2025, and wrote in the filing that there is “no hope of reconciliation.” He also requested exclusive use of his Georgia mansion as the legal process moves forward.

The split comes days after Luciani went live on social media with emotional allegations about their relationship. During the broadcast, she accused Howard of struggling with cocaine use and claimed Child Protective Services had been involved with their household after several visits.

Howard’s filing states the couple does not share children together.

The two previously faced marital turbulence. Luciani reportedly filed for divorce months after their wedding but later withdrew the request.

Howard’s personal life has drawn attention in the past. The former NBA champion has five children from previous relationships, including a son he shares with television personality Royce Reed.

Reed recently reacted to Luciani’s claims online, saying, “It’s always been about the kids. I was just first.”

Howard has not publicly addressed Luciani’s accusations.
