Drew Sidora can stay home for now.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star received a last-minute court win after a Georgia judge reversed an earlier order that would have required her to move out of the marital home she still shares with estranged husband Ralph Pittman.
Drew had been facing a May 31 deadline to leave the property, but the new decision allows both Drew and Ralph to remain in the house while their divorce case continues after Drew asked the court to reconsider, saying the move would create a serious hardship for her family.
In her filing, Drew said she did not have the money to quickly secure another home for herself and her 14-year-old son, Josiah, from a previous relationship. She also raised concerns about the family’s finances, claiming Ralph earns three times more than she does and alleging he allowed the mortgage to fall behind by $25,251.07.
Drew and Ralph’s divorce began in March 2023 when both filed separate paperwork to end their marriage.
Their split has also played out publicly and Drew has accused even Ralph of cheating, as well as mental and financial abuse. Ralph has denied those claims and has made accusations of his own.
Last summer, Ralph posted alleged screenshots on X, formerly Twitter, while accusing Drew of being unfaithful.
“It’s crazy how I’m called a serial cheater with no receipts, when the affair that ended our marriage is denied like explicit details haven’t been out there for years,” he wrote at the time.
Ralph also claimed that the RHOA storyline about his unannounced trip to Tampa was staged by producers.
Drew has denied being romantically involved with business consultant Blakk or former WNBA player Ty Young, saying those relationships were platonic. Drew has said her focus is solely on her children. She and Ralph share joint legal custody of Machai, 10, and Aniya, 8.
