Drake Says “Too Good” Is About Serena Williams

Drake recently released 100GB of content from his Finsta account, and in the upload, he admits to his mother that his song “Too Good” is about tennis star Serena Williams.

“I get heavy on a couple joints, but this is more about me and Serena,” Drake is seen telling his mother.

His mother tells the rapper that she already knew the song was about his famous ex.

Drake continued, “It’s funny because when I make songs about women, I also make songs for them. So, I know what kind of song. If I’m gonna talk about them, I can at least do them the justice of making a song they like. I know Serena very well and I know that she’ll hear it loud and clear. But she’ll also not hate me for it because it’s light-hearted.”

Drake and Serena were romantically linked around 2010. In 2011, began attended her matches and even mentioned Serena in his song “Worst Behavior” where he rapped: “I’m with my whole set / Tennis matches at the crib / I swear I could beat Serena when she playin’ with her left.”
